Introduction to Our Patagonia Transformation Journey
We’ve created this traveling experience thinking of those who really think and dream of riding in Patagonia and they’re eagered to hear and follow their hearts to the end of the world.
Patagonia is known to have one of the most toughest climates in the world, this allows a rear and beautiful kind of vegetation and animals to decor the amazing landscapes.
Having that in mind, it’s the perfect scenario to make a transforming journey traveling by horse, surrounded by empowering mountains and this unique beauty and connect with our innerselves. this journey might be exactly what you were waiting for.
Having the time and space to meet others with the same passion is part of the journey and could also be the place to meet new life long friends. So on this occasion, we focused on creating an itinerary that has the best of everything, connecting with the horses as a key part to this journey, traveling through Patagonia on a horse, amazing landscapes to decor our experience, camping in the woods to keep us grounded and keeping the budget as low as possible was a mission too!
Day 1 / / Welcome to Patagonia!
Hello! Finally the day you were waiting for has arrived, the begining of this amazing journey. A private transfer will be waiting to pick you up at the Puerto Natales airport and take you to our ranch hotel. After you have settled at the house, we’ll meet for a briefing and quick overview of the trip. We’ll then proceed to meet the horses and have our very first connection activity, a short ride to fit the saddle and get to know our horses better feels appropiate.

Day 2 // The Journey Begins!
After brakefast we will gather the horses and get them ready. We will also have the chance to experience the cold of Patagonia and have the chance to walk, trot or canter depending on the riding experience. Riding through lakes and forrests, we will find a nice place to have our little picnic and continue to the next ranch.
We will arrive at Cerro Castillo and take care of our horses, its optional to help feed them and put them away at their resting pen for the night. We'll get settled in our hotel rooms.
We'll enjoy a lovely dinner and some dynamics to get the conversation going. Finally we are off to rest for the night.

Day 3 // Chasing the Wind
We will wake up to breakfast and shortly after we'll get the horses ready.
Beautiful Pampas await for this lovely journey, views of the mountains around us. Today is all about the valley, we’ll start having our first glance at the Paine Massif. We will arrive at the estancia where they are waiting for us with a barbecue lunch. After a lunch, we will continue to 2 more hours to our accomodation, a tradicitional puesto cabin. We will leave the horses to rest at the pen.
We then get ready for supper and rest for the rest of the evening.

Day 4 // Towards the Towers
After breakfast we'll head to the horses to get them brushed and tacked up.
We’ll travel with views of the Torres del Paine mountains ahead, rivers, condors and the patagonian pampa around us. Today we need to cross Las Chinas river. After a Picnic lunch, we will ride for a couple of hours until we reach a estancia where we end up for the day.
Riding hours: 5-6 hours aprox.

Day 5 // Laguna Azul & The wild horses
After breakfast we’ll head towards the horses and get them ready. Today we have a short ride, but never-the-less beautiful.
Riding on this area is most likely that we encounter guanaco heards, darwins rheas, skunks, foxes and if we are lucky, we can spot a puma! And the biggest highlight is the 3 towers of granite that give the name to the National Park.
As we’ll arrive early to our overnight destination, we’ll have time on the ground. The place where we are staying is know as a wild horse reserve, were we can only access by foot, so this afternoon, we’ll be hiking a bit.

Day 6 // Cebolla Lagoon
We start off after breakfast. As it’s our last day of riding we have saved the best for last. We will ride the pampas and the desserted landscape give a little taste of solitude that Patagonia provides. Today we’ll enter Torres del Paine National Park and go as far inside the park as we can, and actually loosing sight of the towers to go in search of the “onion” lagoon. We’ll have a picnic and head back to our base location.
After this beautiful ride, we say goodbye to the horses and a transfer will take us back to Hotel 3 Pasos.

Day 7 // Bye bye Patagonia
We’ve had such beautiful days in Torres del Paine, this day is free to rest, process all the experiences lived or to visit Puerto Natales to buy souvenirs or walk and visit the city.
