Introducing Our Family Vacation Program

As a fellow parent, I know how crucial it is to create happy memories that will last a lifetime. Our program offers enjoyable activities for kids and the whole family, as well as the most exceptional experiences at each destination.

This program was desgined with families in mind, catering to those who love spending time with horses and would like to explore the breathtaking Torres del Paine National Park. The program is adaptable for both children and teenagers, ensuring that everyone has a blast.

Moreover, our program offers a unique touch by including connection activities that allow you to bond with our horses and with each other, promoting a deeper level of family connection.

Family Vacation Package Overview

This is a package thought for the family. The beauty of it, is that is totally flexible, we can organize it as you want, according to the weather, the age of the kids, and their mood haha.

It includes:

• Country House right outside Puerto Natales area.
  
• Car rental for the whole week
• 1 half day experience
• 2 full day experience
• 2 days you can drive to the park
• park entrances for the family

Day 1 / / Welcome to Patagonia!

Hello! Finally the day you were waiting for has arrived, the begining of this amazing journey. A private transfer will be waiting to pick you up at the Puerto Natales airport and take you to your housing.

After you have settled at the house, we’ll meet for a briefing and quick overview of the trip. A trip to the barn to meet the horses and have our first connection activity. We’ll spend time with the horses, bush them, tack them and then go out for a ride :)

This day includes: airport pickup / housing in the countryside of Natales / half day ride

Day 2 // Dorotea 360º

We'll meet at the Los Alazanes Equestrian Center's Barn to saddle up our horses :)

We will saddle the horses, and get them on a trailer to get closer to the start of our trail. Our goal is to hit the last mountain top, but we have many before. This is a very adaptable trail and depending on the age and level of expertise of the kids is how far and high we can go.

We'll enjoy a lovely picnic lunch and head back :)

Riding hours: 5 hours

This day includes: full day horseback ride/picnic lunch/car/housing

Day 3 // Condors ahead!

We’ll meet again at Los Alazanes Barn to get started with the brushing and tacking of our horses.

Today we’ll go in search of the Sofia Lake, and start ascending to look for the Condors nests. Here we have a chance of seeing Condors flying by really close.

We’ll enjoy our picnic lunch and then go back.

Riding hours: 6 hours

This day includes: full day horseback ride/picnic lunch/car/housing

Day 4 // Torres del Paine National Park

The National park is a place you can cover in a whole day if you have a car. It’s one of the most recommended things to do if you are in the area. There are many 1 or 2 hour hikes, suitable for the whole family.

The beauty of the national park is not only the amazing mountians but also an amazing oportunity to see wild fauna pretty much everywhere.

We can recommend the best place to have lunch or where is the best place for the picnic.

Activity hours: 10 to 12 hours

This day includes: car/park entrances/a local guide can come with you if wanted.

Day 5 // Visiting the Milodon’s Cave

Full of nature and paleontological history is the Milodon cave, only 20 minutes away from Puerto Natales, This is a place you can decide how long to stay... if you are in a rush, you can just visit the main cave and it will take you 1,5 hours in total. My personal recommendation is that you hike the whole circuit, its a flat hike throught the woods and you go and visit 3 different caves.

Activity hours: 1,5 to 4 hours.

Day 6 // Bye bye Patagonia

After a couple of beautiful and lovely days in Patagonia it’s time to say goodbye. We recommend spending some time in town before you leave, it’s nice and the views are lovely.
